These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SutranetTower, a web-based structural design and analysis application (the "Service") operated by Oruganti Vamsi Krishna, an individual carrying on business under the name and style of "Sutranet" ("Sutranet", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

⚠ Important — Professional Engineering Disclaimer

SutranetTower is an engineering aid, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. The analyses, calculations, capacity checks, reports and exports produced by the Service are provided to assist a qualified engineer and must not be relied upon as a final design.

All output must be independently reviewed, verified and approved by a licensed / chartered structural engineer competent in the applicable codes before it is used for any construction, fabrication, procurement, certification or other real-world purpose. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your inputs and for the engineering adequacy and safety of any structure. Sutranet accepts no liability for structural failure, loss, injury, or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its output.

1. The Service

The Service performs structural modelling and analysis of lattice communication towers and generates reports and export files. It is currently offered free of charge as a demonstration / preview and is under active development. Features, codes supported, computational methods and limitations may change over time. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

Preview / Evaluation status. The Service is provided as a free, non-commercial technology preview (proof-of-concept) for evaluation purposes only. It is not sold, licensed for a fee, or otherwise offered for commercial use at this time, and no payment is collected for its use. Third-party components are used under their respective free-use / research / evaluation licenses; any future commercial operation of the Service will be undertaken only under the appropriate commercial licenses.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract and, where you use the Service professionally, be a qualified engineer or act under the supervision of one.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or circumvent usage limits or quotas;
resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

4. Plans, Quotas & Fees

The Service may be offered with free and paid tiers and with usage quotas. Where fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase, together with the applicable billing, renewal and refund terms. We may change quotas, features or pricing on reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Sutranet and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the tower data and inputs you supply ("Your Content"); you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

6. Your Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you consent to that processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is currently provided free of charge as a demonstration / preview, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Without limiting the Professional Engineering Disclaimer above, we do not warrant that any result is correct, complete, or code-compliant. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

8. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sutranet and its owners, personnel and contributors shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage whatsoever — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive — including without limitation any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, business interruption, or any structural failure, physical loss, injury, or property damage, arising out of or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or its output, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, and whether or not such loss was foreseeable or we were advised of its possibility. As the Service is provided free of charge for evaluation, you accept that it carries no liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sutranet from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Intellectual Property) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to applicable law.
